The year is 2018, two years after the Onomichi incident. The popular owner of Sky Finance, Shun Akiyama, teams up with the legendary Dragon of Dojima and other familiar acquaintances to investigate the conspiracy involving serial murders in Kamurocho.

It has Akiyama's moves and EX actions from previous yakuza games along with modified boss fights, changed/updated texts and music to suit the new adventure. Here's a sample of Akiyama fighting Majima
