Blackjack in this game is not random - almost impossible to win

I've been savescumming + using the usual chart to win at Blackjack at the Casino for a while, and I am 100% sure the dealer's card are not random because he is rigged to get 20 almost every time, 19 or or 18 almost every other time, and rarely anything else, and if he picks more than 2 cards, he will get 20 or 21 almost every time.

His first card, most of the time is either a 10, 9 or 8, and rarely a 7 or 6, I've almost never seen any other card as his first. The second one, I swear, is 90% of the time a 10. If it's not a 10, it's because his third card will bring him to 21. About 10% of the time he busts.

On the other hand, the player almost always gets a total of 14, 15, 16 or 17 with the first two cards. Basically, unless you get 20 with your first two cards, winning is almost impossible, and even if you get 20, he will either get 20 too, or 21, because his second card is almost always a 10 and the third card almost always brings him to 21.

Either I'm incredibly unlucky, the game is able to detect savescumming and is punishing me, or the dealer is totally rigged to win 80 to 90% of the time in this game.
And having played the entire Yakuza Series, I don't really remember if the dealer was rigged all the time, I recall it was quite easy to win at Blackjack in the older games and obtain every chip necessary for all the prize within an hour or so. But then I also know I wasted my time because by the end of the game you have millions upon millions to buy chips directly and also cheat items so it's not even worth to play the casino games legitimately at all.

while I win way more than I lose cause the system is in the players favor (stops at 17) it makes more sense to surrender at 14,15,16..
and if u get a 20 u HAVE to split, odds are extremely in ur favour to outmatch the bank if u split.. a lucky split already made me 10k chips while I never lost a single time splitting and worst I got was 1:1

Are you trying to complete it for the completion list score ?

The best tactic is to

buy about 7000 credits
try to win a few times in the higher amount version to increase betting amount
use blackjack items and bet at the max amount which is 6000 or something.


Probably no reason to play normally because like you say, the RNG is biased...especially if betting with higher amounts.
