Menu bar -how to show it

New to EQ1. I lost the Menu bar that appears on top of the screen. It has all these icons that you can press to open the mercenary window, options window, inventory window, etc. Do you know how to show this Menu bar to appear? I logged in this morning and the Menu bar disappeared.

The hot key is ALT + W if you haven't re-mapped the keys

or you can click on the EQ button and then go down to hotbars i think...
