Something weird with my quest log.

Let me see if I can explain what is happening. First of all, my previous character on Vox couldn't get Fizzy Lemonade because it said I already have it (yes I'm a brand new player, bear with me for noob sh*t). I checked my bags, my bank, it's not in there. So the quest was un-completable. Also, when I tried starting making simple oatmeal for the baking tradeskill quest, I could only make 10 out of 20, needed more ingredients, asked the baker for more, and she wouldn't give me any. Yes I read the wiki on how to get more supplies and she still wouldn't give me any.

So I said F it and just deleted that character since it appeared to be bugging out anyway and made a new one, same name, same server. But now my quest overlay is showing quests from my LAST character still active, AND the Alt+Q quest log will not show multiple quests at once, just one. Either I'm missing an option somewhere or this is bugged all to hell. Help?

EDIT: 4 hours after posting absolutely no replies on the forum. Unfortunately I think this game is just too old for anyone to care or do anything about it anymore.
