cannot download DLC for everquest? help?

i downloaded the base game for everquest. there's a few free dlc packs for everquest in the store that do not come with the base game. when i go to their page to download them, they say that i need the base game everquest on steam to download them. yet i have everquest downloaded, and in my library and i have been playing it. how can i download the dlc? what is the problem?

You don't need to do any thing special to down load them. Everquest "DLC" downloads with the base game. if you have patched using the game patcher you already have it all installed no matter if steam shows that you do or not.
