Help please with dawn of war 2 & chaos rising please

i click on the game and it says steam is lunching the game then it goes away and nothing happens. this happens for dawn of war 2 and chaos rising

i have installed what u have told me and it does not do anything at all all the dawn of war games do not show up it says i need to find i tems go to the market place and buy it

I have the same problem as you. When i try to open Down of War 2 or DoW2 Chaos Rising it crashes, and just give me "send error report" "don't send" window. What should i do?

hi all i found when my game did that going into steam and verifying the game and clearing the cache work a lil better and also try to turn everything off on your pc or laptop so it can think then launch then wait a min the launch again.

for me after ive launched the 2nd time the game thinks for a bit can be a few mins then it says cant alunch twwo games then the 1st one pops up

Uninstall Games For Windows Live and the Games Marketplace from the Control Panel.

Install Games For Windows Live from the link posted above.

all u have to do is just delete local content then re install it in steam :) u dont have to buy it again

EXACT same thing happened to me. I played, got this problem, then it went away a week later, now it's back. I have no choice whether i can play or not, just depends on if steam is broken atm or not........ Really lame........

Well, it's annoying. Trying fix suggested by deadbodies.
Steam could have broken it, I didn't have any problems until recently - now won't even launch.

EDIT: Nope, didn't work. Steam have broke it. Might try installing it offline see if that works.

Well I found my problem, don't alter global settings in nvidia control panel, reset them and game will work. What a twit I am XD
