To proceed further you need to find 3 oarlocks and 5 papers. Once found there is a tricky puzzle to solve, kind of double puzzle - first you need to choose the right letters NZП and only after this you can set the oarlocks to the right position. Does it help?
I will go back to an earlier save and leave the jacket until I have found the relevant note. Thanks
I still think you missed something but I will need you save to understand what exactly. Do you mind sharing it?

Near the end now and no more issues. Loving it, but kinda wish it was a larger world like VS Jack the Ripper was. I loved wandering those streets at night - so atmospheric. This game looks lush, but I think is a fair bit shorter? Some nice texture work though, and of course, great voice acting from Holmes and Watson :)
Thanks for sharing yoiur thoughts with us!
When I put Taylor's name in place, nothing responded.
