Won't let me pass whitechapel dispensary

I solved the location of the whitechapel dispensary before the deduction board for knigthsbridge. Everything is check marked and green. But when I go to click on the location of the whitechapel dispensary, it says, " I am missing some information."

Stuck and I don't have any other saves. If I have to start over, I am just probably going to uninstall.

Did you find the location with a book which contains list of dispensaries? Unless you solved deduction board, you can not find location with list of dispensaries. The game system ties with deduction boards...

Yes I have solved both. The deduction board and the book are all green.

Did you analyse some items with Holmes' analyser?

Yes, analyzed the poison, finger, dirt, scalpel. I don't have the option to even use the analyzer.

The game will have autosaved at the point where Holmes and Watson are back at Baker Street. Reload that save. Conduct all analyses at the workbench, complete the Knightsbridge deduction (press N to access), then click on the workbench again and complete the deduction there. Once all boxes are green, you can then open the book with the list of dispensaries. Select the right one (easy when the deduction is complete). Do it all in this order and it should work. It did for me.

I had the same bug before doing the above. I think it was caused by not completing the Knightsbridge deduction before the other one. So, do that one first, as mentioned.
