I think my game is bugged!???

I'm in Kensington Gardens, and the game wont let me pick up this pic axe in the shed that I know I need. Anyone else have this trouble or know what to do?

Thanks! I got past this part finally, but I watched your walk-through, and yea, that didn't look like a picaxe at all to me. I was looking at something behind it that I thought they were calling a picaxe. Oh well, thx again!
