Warehouse Steward Bug??

I was sniffing around the possibilities that the steward could provide for me, so i created a big surplus of goods in my warehouse (ex. 1 town producing only 1 good in big quantities +700/day). I set the steward's task to sell all the goods at the 80% the producing price. He was selling all the goods to the town but after a short period of time he stopped doing that. The game warned me about this, i checked what was going on. I saw that he wasn't selling bricks at the 80% rate, instead he was selling bricks until he went down to 27 gold which is 81-83% of the production price while 80% is 26 gold. So he wouldn't sell the bricks because of the % difference, creating a big debt because he would buy more storage room for my warehouse, but that should not happen as he is supposed to sell all the goods while the lowest selling price for bricks is 26 gold or 80% of the production price. Is anyone haveing the same problem?
