for most people the game just works. so the question is why not for you. what are your specs?

I have a brand new ASUS laptop with 8gig of ram, if you look at the forums, this is a common broblem, as far as not being able to read the menu options, they are all blurred out for some reason.

then i assume your laptop might have an integrated graphic card like the widely used intel hd graphics chips. those are known for causing problems with a lot of games because of limitations in the direct3d/ opengl support.

no it does not have an IGC, I use a Nvidia for my graphics card. The only game I have ever had a problem with concerning this laptop is the Multi Massacre, you can look at my game library, everything from twin stick shooters to COD to Far Cry 3, all work wonderfully, on ultra. Again, this is a common, known problem that many users have. As I said in my original post, I have tried to contact the dev team, but they don't even write back to help adddress my issue.

i've run the game on two different nvidia cards without any problems so far. maybe the developers have absolutely no clue what the bug is. ♥♥♥♥ happens, bad luck i guess. :/
