Wait till you unlock Healing Ray. Equip it on a drone and you get constant healing. Which is needed cause I’m at Day 98 now and there a constant stream of high hp enemies and taxes. I earn 0 money now each battle. And then there’s weapon repairs to consider. Ugh
1. If you have 2 cigarettes or wines, you can evade the highest tax without a care: If you success, you get around 180. If you fail, you need to pay merely 2 of those I mentioned.
2. As for high hp or armor enemies in the late game, I'd personally suggest using halberd. Dual halberds work really well against them. You can equip them for both Mary and Sans.
3. As for repair issue. In fact you can use weapon that you don't need to repair weapon in the right-click menu (aka the weapon enhancement menu). So here's the thing: intentionally crafting some low-tier weapon such as ancient rifle to be repair materials could be more useful than you expected.
Good luck with the late game mate!
I can’t avoid taxes anymore cause my character is maxed out in the loyalist route. Everything is maxed negative. I make money by watching tv LOL.
it is surprising how rough the economy of the game is, but that is half the challenge.
the game throws a bunch of antique rifles at you as well, so use those for repairs.
I am still trying to figure out all the personality changers. currently going for the "outward" traits.
