does this game has more 1 mech or can you customize the look of your mech ?

The mechs are specific to the girls who pilot them. They each have unique features and play styles to them.
That said, they do not really have too much of a difference in appearance, You can not change their said appearance, sadly. Since it is a top down view anyway, there is not much to change.
You can change which one you pilot by changing out which units are actively defending the gate.

It looks like armor and weapons and some gear does appear on the mechs though. It's not much but there's a small change.

yes, things that go into the "mounted objects" panel do appear on the mech during play. this includes armor plates, external mounts and chainsaws.
