Steam cancelled my payment

I am big confused i preordered this on Wednesday and today i woke up to the money in my account and my bank saying steam cancelled my purchase... well the game is still in my steam library and when i go to rebuy it steam says i already own it. i am confused and a little worried that when the game launches i wont be able to play because of this glitch has anyone else had this happen

well no like the money was put back into my account the 74 bucks and when i asked my bank they said steam cancelled my payment

Very odd, maybe steam didn't get your money or something, try again with other credit card or debt card, I'm not sure.

You might want create ticket, but soon game would come out, so if you want pre order bonus or what not, then you had to try use other credit card or debt, meanwhile try get steam help take more than couple day, and game would come out soon.

You should get game mouse next to your name, unless something error or mess up along away.

Make a ticket to Steam support. There was an incident with 800 games that was removed recently. You might have bought a fake Dragon's Dogma 2 if it was not completely sorted out by Steam.

So the game in your library could be something else if that is the case.

Make that ticket and you should be good.

to those saying pay with a different card its weird i cant steam wont let me purchase it again lol i will open a ticket but im trying to play thursday so i might just wait and see if it lets me play when it drops and if not ill see if i can buy it again i dont really care about the prepurchase stuff

If it's a glitch in their system, might want to report it.

It wouldn't be great if they went through an investigation themselves and assumed you somehow maliciously *caused* the glitch to happen to avoid paying.
