What I liked about the first game was the combat and lolis. Now it's just combat left. If they don't make the exploration better, I am extremely hesitant to buy. Waiting for release to see PC gameplay.
Music is also really good in DDDA.
All the planets are aligned for this game to turn out well and reach a large audience this time.
What type of repetition is it that you are concerned about?
While I personally could careless about "GOTY", I agree that this game is in a good spot to surprise people who either never played the first game or who dipped in later and did not get in when the pawn system was really being utilized.
I'm just glad a unique take on the Action RPG genre is being explored again and will be even more interesting then it originally was in DD1
tipico fanboy de RE, que puedo esperar. Endeudado por un juego pedorro y parece un remake jajajajajaja!
The future rpg releases are good but not at DD2 level. There is Rise of the ronin,Black myth wukong , Star wars outlaws , outward 2 , Elder scrolls VI , Crimson Desert , MH Wilds.
I don't think any of these IP will fill the hole that The Witcher 3 or Elden ring left for a new RPG.
I see your point. Personally if Rise of the Ronin was releasing on PC I would get that game first because I'm a big TN guy, but I would still agree that no other Action RPG will ahve the feature set/feel of DD2.
Elden Ring is the most awarded game in history, the areas and art direction are MAGNIFICENT!!!!!
All Dragon's Dogma 2 videos I only see mountains and grass, everything looks meh.
But the combat looks fun at least.
videogames don't need to have flashy art to be good , otherwise Morrowind or Gothic would be the worst rpg's, but its the other way around in reality.
Heavy doubt on GOTY. I’ve seen gameplay, and this does not look like a game that the game awards would shill for. Only 5% of your vote counts, the randoms at the top will still decide which game gets it, and I’m betting it’s going to be another Sony exclusive.
