There's no "premium" currency for this game. There's rift crystals that you can use to purchase stuff from a specific pawn, and there's gold. There will be no microtransactions. The whole "pay to win" crap is a MMO gimmick. The deluxe edition purchase of this game just happens to include a jump start to the rift crystals.
There's probably going to be at least 1, ***maybe*** 2 DLCs in a year or so, but that'll be about it, I'm sure. the first game only had the 1 DLC : /
*EDIT* It does also mention on the store page that the pre-order bonues ***may*** appear as DLC later
