Barely 30FPS with a 4070.... DLSS unable???
Why DLSS frame Gen is greyed out when I have a Nvidia 4070 card?

I played Cyberpunk 2077 in PATHTRACING at 60 FPS with DLSS3 couple months ago, but DD2 WONT let me use DLSS..........
What the hell?!

this game is cpu heavy
your midrange card gave you midrange results.

shocking.

Also 's draw distance is a third of DD2 and only 25% of "npcs" in 77 are actually even touched by the cpu, the rest are animated rigs.

Your bait is trash.

probably one of the options you have enabled is stopping you from activating it, ignore the two useless comment above your 4070 should easily be able to run this game
Aren't you able to turn on DLSS Overide from the NVIDIA App, have you tried going with this method for the most up to date iteration of DLSS?

4070 is midrange card? I have 4060 ti, and there is not a single modern game i cannot run +60 fps, except the one with no optimisation like Atlas, and this one. Bro, you are a clown, never again speak in the public.
There is a reason why this game doesn't have high score - it's one of the worst optimised games of last 5 years.

Do you install drivers manually? The NVIDIA App replaced geforce software not that long ago. Go to NVIDIA website and download it from their Product, Software section.

You did absoluitely not play CP with pathtracing at 60 FPS. Frame generation in CP does nothign but add latency.

You can play highest setting w/o raytracing at 140~ FPS native... Raytraciving natively dumps it to its 30's.

Only with pathtracing enabled. Without that I played CP2077 too with a 4070 and DLSS at 60 FPS just fine.

And DD2 too runs with 60 FPS with DLSS in Quality mode, 3440 x 1440p

@OP if DLSS can't be enabled than because some of some other setting that disables it.

Yes.
Without ray and pathtracing you should be able to get 140 on high.

CP' tanks performance adding those two and you need FG to get past it. You can feel latancy with it, which makes it annoying to play.

This game I just play natively. I dont feel delay, Same with MHWild beta.

Roasted.
This is a very weird game studio, their game looks like a pokemon gameboy game after attempt to bring it on PC, and in resoult it can only run in microwave screen size window. They can do some things rights like spells vfx and sfx, music etc. so why does it almost looks like they don't have bug fixing and optimisation departement, like it's not even there?

Yeah, I would suggest you play Pokémon on Gameboy again and if you do that, please check your eyesight. I fear that you have some serious issues there, better take care of that now as later.

4070 is lower high end while 4060ti is upper mid-range by most accounts. Yes, 30 FPS is kind of low for that card but card to tell without knowing CPU and memory config. By comparison I average low 40s in cities with 13700h / 4060 laptop with 16 GB RAM @5200 Mhz. Your greyed out DLSS is worriesome, should not be.
