Back up your saved game now (PCGamingWiki has the folder), just in case.
Then delete the DLLs related to those mod frameworks for now, and see if you can play.
You can decide to wait to play with mods, or if you want to play without.
I'd say wait on the mods. Likely most won't need updates after the framwork DLLs get fixed - but you never know.
If you do this, make sure you remove the folder from DD2. Data from mods doesn’t get removed if you uninstall the game. So a simply uninstall and reinstall will not help if there rest data from your mods because they will just wait there for you and still cause the same problem as soon DD2 is installed again.
