(Spoiler for the false sovran's storyline)
Why does darragh's story go unresolved? I think it should have a forgiveness/punishment quest route to wrap it up, considering disa has a follow up quest to reconcile with sven. When you think about it, darragh didnt really do anything terribly wrong. He didn't abuse his power, he really just enjoyed royalty while he was being used by disa and phaesus, and neither of them get punished either. What's the deal with darragh being important enough to find his place of origin, yet he isn't even available as an NPC in-game?

I think the implication was that he was supposed to be dead either from us killing him or from the dragon's flame (since before that he asks "I won't be burned will I" or something along those lines)

Not the mercanery. Up the stairs right before the dragon you fight sovran and his guards.

I think you're referring to Raghnall. Darragh is the one pretending to be the false arisen that originally came from the Thieves town

I don't think so, I didn't even kill him and it still cut to the dragons being summoned. And if phaesus didnt get burned to a crisp, I doubt darragh did. It would be such a lame ending to his quest if he really died there, he wasn't really deserving of death imo, at least not nearly as much as disa and phaesus if we're going to compare their deeds.

I've never actually killed Darragh myself, which is why I said I think it's the implication that he dies based on whats "supposed" to happen and previous voicelines. Could show up later in a DLC with some twist or tie in with the thieves town doing something, but I doubt it. Pretty sure he's just supposed to be dead.
