Can you change gender in the game?

you can change your pawn too

i think you can only change your voice but not your gender even with the book. you cant change your looks via the mirror. you have to go to the barber.

Yes spend 500 RC at the rift merchant, you can recreate yourself or pawn completely at the salon (scissors icon) in Venworth

From my understanding, the issue isn't something better GPU performance can fix, it's related to NPCs and them being hard on your CPU
