You can start a completely new save and hire your old pawn. I have done it. I didn't delete my old save though, I backed it up by moving it to another folder. Only pawns from saves loaded within a certain timeframe seem to be hireable, so you may need to move the save files periodically to load them and make the pawns reappear on the servers.

That said, since you cannot friend yourself, your pawn will not be free to hire.

Also, I did all of this on one steam account, no second account is necessary. With a second account though you would be able to friend yourself and get the 0 RC hires.

I didn't care about RC though as I didn't actually hire my old pawn with my new save. I hired my new pawn with my old save, and equipped it, so I could transfer gear from my old save to my new save.

If you start a completely new save, no.
If you are to finish your playthrough and start in new game plus, then you'll be able to use your pawn exactly as it was.

If you play on another account, yes, you are able to hire your own pawn through it's ID.

Long story short, that's a no.

Ok thx everyone. :Bunch_of_Flowers:

I'm in my first ng+ and i would like to hire all full party of Pawns with a spacial loadout. Basically 4 mage, everyone with spells of a fix element. So i give the "hard" way Nauzhror suggest a try.
