At the Bay Wayside Shrine with The Dragonforged, you can select a vocation for you and pawn to get increased stat growth, as well as a buff that lasts for a day which increases exp, discipline points, stamina regen of your choice (does not seem worth it for daily buffs). As well as undoing your equipment upgrades on items so you can choose a new upgrade path.
