Nothing mentioned by the company at least.

Plenty of folks here will invent 'evidence' whole cloth, but the game did really poorly as a sequel in a series, and the company stopped talking about it in investor meetings, and the main developer left the company... soo... don't bet anything you'd care to keep on it.

Also to put it into perspective... on steam DD2 apparently has sold about 1.8M copies... compare that to SF6, it sold about 2.3M copies.

It’s a 1-year anniversary, this is nothing special. When did it start that players demand anything for ever anniversary of a game, especially for a single-player game? I understand that this is normal for mmorpg/live service game and bigger IP but DD2 is nothing of that. They will announce something if it is ready and if not then we just live with that.

Again, I know what you're talking about, and it was datamined content from the leaked devbuild. That is cut content, not DLC. Get your facts straight and tone down the hype, you are misleading people.

all it takes is one google search to see that they indeed have found leaks on the dlc btw. Also, the new Monster Hunter game just launched, so they'll be probably working on that first before they switch back to DD2.

Because there is no proof it will be, you are the only one claiming it is being worked on but got not proof besides mentioning cut content from pre-release development.

Let me just say it this way, with the high sales numbers, I would be surprised if they weren't working on it, so far it's one of their highest earning games (within the top 10 according to the link above; blame steam for not adding the dot as part of the url btw which makes it error out unless you add it back in) but right now they still probably are focusing on fixing the launch bugs from MH. After that I would think they would give more attention to DD2.
