Review
Firstly, the trial game didn't warn that it was a limited time use, and I spent my 2 hours on character creation, as I didn't know about the separate character creation program.
So I never got to try the game itself, and I don't buy games without trying them.

Secondly, the game froze several times, so badly that it was impossible to switch to the task manager - it needed a hard reset, with resetting the progress of character creation, which had to start again.

Thirdly, having watched the game on youtube, that there's no switch to first-person view for maximum immersion, and I don't play games that don't allow that.

Fourth, from the first seconds of the opening, the game promotes an plot-wise unjustified, tolerant agenda dei woke from the us demparty, which has ruined more than one AAA game (and even a company) in recent agenda years.

The only arguable upside in starting the game is a pretty good character creation editor.
However, it's not a revolutionary invention - there are plenty of such editors in other games, including those from years ago.
Besides, many nuances were missing - for example, changing hair length in a very limited set of hairstyles (in which several hairstyles were repeated - obviously, to formally increase their number) or changing the degree of musculature relief (the characters at any settings look at least a little but fat).

So, unfortunately, I can't recommend this game.
And I see that the global gaming community shares this opinion - the current number of players is simply paltry for a game with this kind of budget, and has fallen 100 times from the starting number.

A review by an individual who didn’t play the game isn’t much to take seriously.

Hard to review under 2 hours. Number of players is a meaningless metric for a SP game. I actually never heard anyone let alone the global community share these opinions. If they did they aren't too informed having the same opinion as someone who only played a few minutes. Though nothing surprises me from gamers these days. Character creator is really nitpicking. You don't need every hairstyle ever imagined. The fact you spent most of the 2 hours on it leaves a few minutes to summarize the entire game so "review" is misleading (YT videos don't count). I didn't find anything particularly woke about the intro, though I don't go looking for it either. I played 20 hours of BG3 that felt like one long intro because of the cutscenes. I think DD2 froze on me once in 300 hours, maybe check your system is up to date.
