UI doesn't line up properly

Recently started playing and while the game is very fun, I'm facing a UI problem where all UI highlight elements are not in the right place compared to the screen

Plus the problem is that the selection is based on where the highlight is, so if i want to make a choice, I have to hover/select the UI highlight , not the actual item/choice on my screen, which is very annoying.

Did you ever find a solution for this? This just started happening out of nowhere. It looks like we use the same 16:10 resolution so I think it's related to that. Up until now, I had black bars on the top and bottom but now I don't for some reason and instead the HUD is messed up which it wasn't before.

Change resolution, then when it asks if you wanna keep it, select no and it should fix it. I do that every single time I boot up the game.

They really need to fix this, I prefer to have my screen 1900x1200 (with black bars on the top and bottom) because the one that fits (1900x1080) looks so stretched out. but when I save it to 1900x1200 and exit the game it reverts to not align again
