Там указана только степень загрузки видеопамяти, про процессор ничего нет =(
I have a rtx 4070 and i7 14700k, before this update in the town without framegen I got around 50fps lowest with max custom settings, shadows one setting lower, dynamic res+image quality max, without dlss. Before that with i7 8700k the worst fps I had was 25 in town, and most graphics settings didn't do anything, besides dynamic resolution or dlss, raytracing and that interlaced/progressive thing.
If you upgrade now then AMD is the best option when it comes to gaming, stability and power consumption.
There is a good reason that the Intel stocks has plummeted so avoid 13/14 gen.
