How to reduce CPU usage?
I have RTX 4060 + overclocked i5 9600k, and usually in cities CPU usage rises to 99-100% which results in huge frame drops, which settings should I decrease to avoid that?

У меня RTX 4060 + i5 9600k под разгоном, в городах загрузка ЦП достигает 99-100%, из за чего проседает ФПС, какие настройки нужно понизить чтобы избежать этого?

I heard the i9 13900 14900 is in good deal right now.

Разве что настройки понижать, там показано графически степень нагрузки.

Ofc that would be a good deal, because thats literally top tier CPU which costs more than my GPU lmao

Там указана только степень загрузки видеопамяти, про процессор ничего нет =(

Есть моды на лимитирование числа нпц в городах и на дорогах, по идее помогает

What resolution and framerate are you playing at? Also what is you GPU usage?

Upgrade your cpu to 12th to 14th gen. Though 12th gen would be enough for rtx 4060, as you're gpu is more likely to bottleneck with that or with any better cpu.

I have a rtx 4070 and i7 14700k, before this update in the town without framegen I got around 50fps lowest with max custom settings, shadows one setting lower, dynamic res+image quality max, without dlss. Before that with i7 8700k the worst fps I had was 25 in town, and most graphics settings didn't do anything, besides dynamic resolution or dlss, raytracing and that interlaced/progressive thing.

Don't bother with i9 cpus, i7's are already good enough.

Wait for the next generation of Intel CPU's if you want to continue with intel as there is too many problems with the 13/14 gen.

If you upgrade now then AMD is the best option when it comes to gaming, stability and power consumption.

There is a good reason that the Intel stocks has plummeted so avoid 13/14 gen.

you need set down graphic setting using cpu, and put at max graphic setting use gpu
resolution use gpu, so put resoulution higher you have
npc or maybe other thing use cpu more idk here
