@LUMINÆON, there is a temporary solution - if you change the resolution in the settings to any other than you currently have and then switch back to a resolution you want for your game, the menus no longer look "broken", they look as intended. You need to repeat this operation every time you start the game, however. I hope that a hotfix for this issue will be released shortly, though - it's a big issue, and it would hardly go unnoticed, at least I hope so...
Yeah, this is not a mod issue. It seems a new bug which came with the patch. I don’t have it. I play with borderless window and don’t use DLSS.
