NPCs and quest characters names?
Hi,
I can't see any names above NPCs or main quests/side quests characters.
There is only Hail or hold to talk. Is this normal? It's like walking in the dark ...
I can see only names of my pawns.

How would be real life if we see names...

It is normal. You see the name on the left down side.

There's a mod, called "Name On Head" that works nicely for what you want. It should work with the latest version.

Unfortunately, that specific mod ("show names")isn't compatible with the latest update. It may eventually get updated, but for now it won't. "Name on Head" should be, you can search for it on that same site.

I like it that way, but perhaps look in the options if you need that.

But really, it's more immersive with it and just taking your time to look at who is who.

Until the 80th time you get some 'new' person who ends up being a random pawn.

Reminds me of those backer/poetry characters in Pillars of Eternity - 'interesting' the first 12 or so times, then you're googling how to remove them from the game.

Fortunately, there is a mod that forces them to stop at least forcing you into conversations. But it helps a ton to see names and avoid re-talking to NPC or pawns.

That reminds me - I wish more RPGs had an indicator on NPCs that lets you know if they have something new to say. It really helps in the RPGs that do that.

Yes, after you talk to the person.
