Blacksmiths unavailable after evacuation

Greetings, friends.
I encountered a problem: in the true ending, I evacuated all the cities and closed the red beams in order to calmly continue exploring the inside out, and so that all the NPCs were in one location (that's what I thought), but the blacksmiths there no longer provide services, just a standard line without continuation. I only found a girl-apprentice blacksmith in a flooded temple. Is it possible to somehow continue interacting with them or will I have to reboot on the first day of the inside out?

Try picking them up, using a Ferrystone, and carrying them back to the location they used to provide their services. When you interact with them, they should have prior dialogue.

You also might be able to carry some of them inside the “shop area” (inside the rubble area where all the 3 major Weapon/Armor sales people hang out) in Seafloor Shrine to regain their services.

After you complete all the beams and the rescue quests rest once to update the seafloor shrine layout (shops have some furniture and NPCs are there)

I was just impatient. I should have waited a couple of days. Residents settled in the flooded temple - shops and other services appeared. Thanks for the help.
