Steam Moderation actually does the worst THINKABLE Job in this regard.
You can take my word for it
So, I'd not hold my breath for DLC for this game; especially given the player drop-off (in Steam, at least), and with MH Wilds only a three months off, they won't want to tread on that game. Also, unless they add co-op for any "Bitterblack Lake" style dungeon DLC, it probably won't be seen as worth the effort / profitable enough to bother with.
I'd like some DLC... I just don't see it happening, with the new way in which Capcom conduct business.
I think that has about as much to do with it as the result of the 2024 U. S. election has to do with "Hitler". It's all about the bottom line, and to think that the tiny portion of the total consumer base who crap-post here on Steam, somehow dictate the business direction of multi-billion-dollar companies, is verging on delusion.
If it has co-op, it'll be worth it. If not, and the game isn't overhauled in its stead, it'll be a waste.
And no, no one wants co-op.
