Free Trial?

Not sure if I've seen 2 hour free trials before on Steam. Typically lasts a weekend. Explains why it keeps showing as free in the search bar. Might help some of you.

Either way, it has Denuvo so I'll stay patient and wait for that to go away in a few years. No need testing when DLC and BBI equivalents are not yet released.

During this time, you can play Dragon's Dogma 2 for up to two hours free of charge.

So yeah it's free, and you click play/install on the steam store page of the main game not from any of the dlc pages. Atleast it should be.

Oh, this is cool. I see they offer to a 20% discount. I hope the new patch make the game more playable for everybody and bring some new player in it.

Well the performance isn't the best, especially in town but it's still a great game and overall the performance outside of town is pretty okay, not the optimized game i've seen but far from the worst one aswell.

But that option is exclusively character editing. The two hours of free play refer to the full game. In fact, the ad suggests that you edit your characters before playing so as not to waste free game time. The literal text "*To make the most of your gaming time, create your characters with the free character editing and saving tool before you start playing."

The difference is Steam refund policy is not a trial and should not used as trial option.

None. There is no free trial option.
You have to pay to play for free...and if you play for two hours and one minute it is no longer free...

You are talking about refunds, but there used to be a timed demo. For whatever reason it's gone right now. Give it a few minutes and (for whatever reason) it should be back.
