Pretty much just trying to prepare for the end game by stocking up on Allheal Elixirs. If enough people do the quest, I get more than I give out. The quest is as simple as it sounds, you give my Pawn a single Allheal Elixir to complete the quest and you get five in return, for a net profit of four.

I plan on doing several such "give aways" for high-tier items, needing only one in return for several.
