Plenty of us will send you items if you need it. We need your pawn ID though.

And you don't need to post multiple times. Some people won't give you a death knell on principal if they see you spamming.

There are two copies of that book in the game.
The one from the chest upstairs in the Waterfall Cave and the one in the Ancient Battleground in the room with the bell (needed for a quest).
If you've lost one you could just go get the other.
