Cannot, it's part of the story.

It's part of the story.

It doesn't seem to trigger the kill cutscene, or it didnt for me
Basically you have stage 1 to stage 10, by stage 7 the eyes glowing semi red, stage 9 the eyes stays red, and stage 10 it will kill all NPC. So in Unmoored World, you can sleep for 10 days, and stays until 12 days. So by the 10th all NPC, should died from Dragon Plague.

Stage 1 is the first time you are in Unmoored World. So by stage 4 or when you sleep by 4 days, if there's nothing else to do after you evacuate everyone, do the last red pillar, and be done with. Unless you want to farm things, then do it until day 9th which equivalent to stage 9.

However a new patch will come, I'm not sure on which stage it will make the eyes stays red.
If you are farming Lesser Dragon. There are 5 Lesser Dragon in one play through. One in Melve or Sigurd quest. If you kill in Melve, for Sigurd quest in dragon tower it will be a drake. Then four in Unmoored World, they (all five) do not re-spawn.

I see, does it affect the affinity in the ending cutscene?

No, only if your main pawn dies (meaning you have to spawn it from the rift), then it will decrease their affinity drastically.
For the true ending cut scene just makes it more sadder, if the affinity at max.

I did spent a bunch of gold at the barber to change hairs and colors a bunch of times, does the affinity increase that way?

Yes. Drastically. talking once every 4 days increase 2 digit. But changing just one hair or something will increase it big time, not sure by how much, but big. maybe 20, but don't quote me there, its big, every 4 or 5 days, I think.

Also go to bath in volcanice island will increase it from other was saying. I don't do it much, very rarely and not notice it.

One thing I noted is resting in Unmoored cleanses scars on my Pawn. So you don't need to go to the Volcano for that.

In the unmoored worlds there is no npc on the hot spring, so rip

LMAO. I guess dev consider that will be bad for the ending cut scene.

Any signs of how can I understand when my pawn has 100% affinity with me?

Edit:
She's not smiling, nor blushing and the ox-cart are unavailable

Her cheek will be blush red, and smiling.
