Personal chests in bathaal?

There were a handful of personal chests on the human half of the game, but since making it to the beastren side of the map I'm not coming up on any personal chests. Am I missing some or is it legit like that?

What is a personal chest? Like storage at the Inn or a house? There are 2 Inns that allow you to access your storage. You can also purchase 2 houses in Bathaal as well that have the storage system inside of it.

Otherwise, what do you mean by personal chest?

Storage in their home, I hope. If they're talking about loot chests that never respawn their loot, lel at that. (except chests with wakeshards, those refill)
FYI to the topic creator any inn also has your "personal chest", you just have to talk to them.
And going by Jamation, it's the same amount, 2 in Vermonth, 2 in Battahl, but only in the city. The rest is through inn npcs.

You need a house. Or just use Inns for free.
