Agreed but I think it would be worth it if you could cook in it, achieving the same benefits of a campfire bonus. Not sure why they made camping more beneficial than having a 200k home but...... maybe a kitchen wouldn't hurt in the upscale building.
The main story quest I'm on is Seat of the Sovran, and I've not done the 'A Place to Call Home' in Vernworth, seeing as I was planning to go straight for the noble house instead.
He only becomes available after completing A Place to Call Home. This is the quest for the common home for 20k. Once the week is up and you have talked to Mildred to close out the quest will Salvatore start looking to sell the house in the noble quarter.
