Question about Ring of Triumph
Trying to get one from Zachary in Excavation Site, doesnt seem to have it. Is it during first playthrough only or during unmoored world? currently at the start of NG+ and guy doesnt have it for sale.

just bought everything, exit interaction, interact with him again, and the ring of triumph is there.
don't know if you can just buy 1 or x amount of items.

edit: bought the ring and 2 capes, and this will unlock the ring of triumph.
it might just simply be buy 3 items from him.

Does anyone know if Zachary shows up during Endgame? I'm looking around everywhere at the Seafloor Shrine but I can't find him.
