For pawns as long as they're same or lower level is free.

You can collect the liquor by chance in open world, theres one i remember in the house of the elf and dwarf in the island. But if you just want to buy it theres a shop in battahl city

Isn't this the same person that made a thread earlier trying to farm 10k gold off people with friend requests but not realizing that the "spend a day/night" with a pawn wasn't a quest people could set.

Manually getting 5 Newt Liquors is faster than the whole Sphinx task-line and getting the killer arrow

But yes also I wouldn't go enabling these people who ask for quest completion items on discussion forums either

i do tend to hold a grudge when people slap me in the face over a not-so-bad deal when they are pretty rare in game and can be gotten from just playing more. especially when the day/night quest you requested doesn't exist., sorry if that offends you.

Really come on guys I am just trying to play the game and have fun without grinding or being harassed here on a forum. Also I don’t know how these things work or sometimes understand what people want.

you aren't being harassed, im warning other people of the bad faith deal you're giving them. not only does getting newt liquer require knowing the game almost inside and out there are limited amount you're gonna get. npc rarely give you the makings for it. you can get about 5 of them in one play through with ease. you can simply forge them for 6k a piece at the forgery but that still means some one is going out of his way to give you something kinda rare.

3 ways to get Newt Liquor:
1) "Ornate Box" quest, final reward from Sven is Fruit Wine. Combine Fruit Wine+Saurian Tail to get Newt Liquor.

2) Windwalker home has Newt Liquor on the shelf

3) Random npc guy in Bathal near Bathal Palace sells it.
