I've encountered Dullahans in the middle of the night. It doesn't feel like they only spawn at dawn.
I almost ran into one during the Dwarvern Smithing quest but luckily he didn't aggro before the cutscene ending the quest played. Sadly he despawned.
I've heard they pop up near areas with water but I cannot confirm.
One guy performed so good, only Drakes spawn in his game.
What I noticed in my game is:
- I need the same time to kill a Cyclops now with level 63 and op gear as when I was level 20 with low gear -> they must get more health and defense and stagger resistance
-normal Ogre hit much harder and can 3 shot me, at the beginning it was far easier to kill them
- Concerning Dullahan the one in the side mission was manageable, but if I encounter them now, they get barely damage and hit hard.
@all
Thank you I try it with holy damage and Sorcerer Flare. Good that they are later everywhere.
Just don't get hit and stagger it. Used dread arrow skill at that moment.
i've killed 4 of them, they are pretty rare but fully possible to kill with the right skills.
if yes, this difficulty changing is really bad. i always tought that enemies spawn is fixed with some randomness (eg on spot 1 only one monster spawns if spot 2 is empty).
edit: killed about 3 dullahans, and failed vs one, because i was a mage and all my pawns decided to jump into the river and drown).
Seems so. Where I encountered normal lizards before, I encounter now Rock Lizards and Lighnting Lizards - even at the roads around Vernworth. And I haven't progressed the story.
Instead of normal Goblins near the beginning there are now a mix of Hobgoblins, normal ones and Hacker.
The only fixed things seem the dungeon spawns.
dang, so if i want to farm dragons, i need to push my difficulty to the max. does anyone know what changes the difficulty?
