Help looking for place with lots of tomes for prisoner mission

As title state, anyone got a screenshot location of such a place for the magistrate mission?

You can only clear the rubble by getting the quest from the priest (Kendrick), the quest is called 'The Heel of History' and he offers it to you after you give him the donations he'll initially request from you.

Remember this location for a later quest.

Also the fortune teller can be paid 50g for hints sometimes. Some of what she says is useless but other times its pretty specific.
