What is the absolute last chance to do Ulrika's and Wilhelmina's quest for romance?
I'm trying to see how long can I put it off.

Same question goes for the Sphinx, but I assume that can be done at any time.

for Ulrika it is probably until you do too many Brant quests. I am guessing if you don't do the party and the coronation options it gives you some leeway, but an old guide said to start and complete them after doing 2 Brant quests, but it takes quite a few days of back and forth and resting.

The Wilhelmina quest can in fact be done very technical late game, but obviously before the point of no return. I was still able to do it before "the rising of the castle from the water".
The Sphinx I haven't tested but I would guess you also want to finish that up before you turn in the dulled dagger.

I'm not at the Feast of Deception/ Coronation yet, so I guess I'll do Ulrika's quest soon.

Is the "rising of the castle from the water" the point of no return? I was told it's when you turn in the Wyrmlite Crystals/ the Godsbane.

For Sphinx, I can tell you finish it before the end (it will be pretty obvious). It will get canceled.

I was having this thought to dupe dragon's dogma using her chest afterwards. And it doesn't tell you unless you check the quest menu yourself. That is 5 hours of post game progress.

For Ulrika’s it’s the coronation which I think is called feast of deception but Wilhelmina’s doesn’t have a cut off besides the end of the main story. Sphinx is the same as Wilhelmina.

The point of no return is after that where you got to deliver 15 WLC. Do that and you trigger the final sequence. You can just let that quest sit in your log til you’re ready just don’t turn them in til u are.

There's no single point of no return. The game have several points where earlier quests can no longer be completed, and ther are automatically canceled if you had them in your quest log.

I believe one is the coronation event (early quests), even the game hints you is somewhat a point of no return.
