Also could just be the logistican. Many people don't like pawns re-arranging their bags as they've had bad experiences with having hired pawns die with stuff like their tent in their inventory making their life more difficult.
I would say Straightforward is the only inclination i don't take.
The Calm is better for tanking, the Simple because i'm lazy and leave them pick up things.
For skills i'm looking about anything i don't really care, but the counter skill on pawn is bad cause they don't get the placement or timing right.
I also look at the pawn Quest it's important to give good reward for pawn badges, oger or cyclop with 10k.
Ppl who give like roten meat for a pawn badge i straight up don't take the pawn. F thoes guys.
Unfortunately, there's another problem: there's really not much of a reason for people to keep playing once they've finished the game, just yet. A lot of people finish the game before level 50 and at that point most aren't going to bother with ng+ for long, not unless the game gets its own bitterblack isle to play in.
Good point.
Well she never moves my stuff around. I am gonna change her to something else. I dunno abou the straight forward inclination since it is the best for a warrior, and OK for the fighter. Not that great for everything else. I think I am gonna make her kind.
That is fine. But I don't think many people do this to affect pawns to be hiered at 50+. But honestly I can see it since my pawn alone capable of killing bosses. Not to diss on other pawns especially the ones I travel with because they can do the same.
To me this says that we need tougher enemies after 50+ for hiring pawns be worth it I guess.
Good for you. I don't have that much free time. And I chose not to be a pro. XD
I want to do every quest I can. I have 2 left. Then I finish the game and I shall start a new game plus. If I understood correctly you keep your level, Gold and vocation. At least that's what the YouTube tutorial I watched said.

Are you sure your pawn is well set up?
I can't speak for others, but here's what I look for.
- Check what I'm playing to see what's missing, since my pawn is not a mage, I'll almost always look for one.
- Search for female humans only, pick the inclination best suited for the class I'm searching for
- Search by class and what I need in my party, like a mage with frost weapon enchants, a thief capable of stealing, a fighter with taunt, a sorc with quick basic damage spells, etc...
- Ignore all the bad looking pawns
- Swap to missions, and see which ones have missions to kill an easy monster for 10k gold
- Of the pawns of the right class, right inclination, right kill quests, good looking, I open their stat pages to see if they also have decent gear & good remaining skills, I mean, a stealing thief is neat, but I'm not taking one without headsplitter doing no damage, or one without the pulling skill to yank harpies off the air. I'm also not taking a sorc with 2 ultimate skills that never get off in combat because they take too long to cast.
Some things are highly subjective, like gender & race, or even inclinations (I like my tank being straightforward, as she can quickly solo kill bosses & draw all agro for the team at the same time) but having the most important skills, or being well geared is not.
hell, my pawn in that screenshot has 3 dwarven upgrades+1 draconic on every item, and I got her fully upgraded before I did it to my own main character, the only reason why I'm not switching her chest armor is because the endgame ones don't look very good IMO, and the main stat, magic defense (fighters have plenty of physical anyway) is almost the same, so I'm not sure looking worse for a little extra defense would make people hire her more often or not.
