Knockdown
Although Archer does have a knockdown move so that class can also benefit from knockdown stacking.
Mostly I just decided what I want my characters to be good at.
I do switch through vocations quickly on both my char and pawn. Trying to get all the augments unlocked.
I noticed though that stats are dependant on vocation at time of level up, meaning if you spend 40 levels on fighter ouch going to not do so well as a mage or DPS. Although if you stack knockdown on fighter that will help them a heck of a lot.
Here the list with actual values.

Oh a shiny! Oh a shiny! Oh another shiny!
Edit: Your vocation actually changes your stats as well, look at them in status its like Strength 300 (140) < this is the base value in ()
In the other hand 5% to weakspot, is noticeable, because is multiplicative with the weakspot bonuses. So is a lot more than just 5%
