Does Lennart give the Fighter Scroll Randomly?

His affinity is maxed but has not given it to me yet in Melve. Do I have to run back and forth from Melve and Venworth for him to give it to me randomly?

I think it might be tied to your progress in the main story as well.

Yeah but he has not for me and I finished his side quests.

Has he moved to harve village already? i got it only after he moved there.

I got it in melve myself. But it was after the rotting dragon fight there and doing his throwing quest.

But I've noticed a certain randomness in getting gift items like that. Like I got the pawn specialization scrolls from the slums priest much much later than my wife did.

Yes he is currently in Harve.

I got it in Melve a little bit after doing his quests with the saurians. Oddly after gifting Ulrika a couple things. I assumed it was related to your rank in fighter.

I suspect many factors behind the scenes have an effect on affinity, so no two player's affinity gain with all characters will be the same.

Personally I thing your arisen's gender, side quests completed (and their respective good or bad ending), the amount of time you've spent exploring, the number of enemies you've defeated, the number of culling missions you've completed, your progress in the msq, your relationship with other characters and their hierarchy of affection with other characters etc. all influence your affinity.

If you want to force high affinity you need to gift them something they like once every 24 hours. Only one gift/day raises affinity.
