Can't find Lennart

So my friends told me to find Lennart for the fighter ability so I went to the last location which was Melve after being stuck in the desert. I go to the entry where I left him (twice since they told me to visit Melve). Nowhere to be found, anywhere in Melve. A guide says he is in the fishing village (can't find him).
Then I was informed that if I reach the coronation part that I am locked out of him. Mystic Spearhand guy is still in his usual spot though.
Does anyone know where I can find this loser so I can get the skill (and beat him up for wasting three hours of my time)

Lennart won't move to the fishing village unless you do the quest to get him there.

Check to see if he is dead somehow in the city morgue.

if ulrika took leadership of halve village then lennart becomes acting chief of melve , so he ll reside in biggest building where ulrika resided. not in his small house down the tavern.also, daytime he mostly stands still in front of tavern.

Okay after troubleshooting, he was still in Melve but wouldn't raise affinity until I rest and gave another gift. I think there is only a certain about of affinity one can raise in a day for someone.

So if you missed out on Melve with the coronation, then search top an bottom in Melve and give him monster parts then rest then repeat till you get the scoll... exhausted
