I find myself doing this side quest a few times every play session.
But yes, it is DD 1 light.
Ignore all the settings except resolution, dynamic resolution, dlss, interlaced or progressive and raytracing.
If you wanna max out fps, use dynamic resolution and dlss (both) and turn off raytracing and use interlaced, that is if you don't care about how the game looks. If you just want some fps like what dlss gives, but without the blurryness, use only dynamic resolution.
Otherwise just get a good enough cpu where there is no more fps gain from upgrading the cpu between rtx 4070ti and 4090 gpus.
