Hi, is any option to hide helmet and cloak?

no, but you can open the visor on helmets

no and there is a large swath of pawns that refuse to wear hats because of it.. i wont hire them. idgaf what your pawn looks like. armor is more important.

All hats look like ♥♥♥♥, and defence in pawns is very meme, even in moded hardmode my pawn barely get hits.

your pawn maybe but the other pawns are dumb as bricks and die at the drop of a hat. literally.
