Harve village quest: Scaly invaders - 100% bugged.

I killed the Saurians, it tells me to wait a few days, I've passed weeks of game time at this point and the quest won't progress.

You need to advance the Melve quests and do the Monster Culling main quest, then obviously wait a few days and go back to Harve

Actually, 100% of these "wait a few days and come back" quests are broken for me.

Either I don't understand how the passage of game time works, meaning resting at inns or camp sites, and dozing off at benches doesn't move time forward, or my game is 100% glitched.

A few wait a few days quests have their progression locked behind other quests, like I mentioned about the Scaly Invaders.
