I don't have the head of Medusa

I have a problem... I killed Medusa but I didn't cut off her head. The game has been saved.
Is there any way to get it?
Will the Medusa appear in that cave again or is there no chance?

Just sleep for a few days, some say 14 days of sleeping but she respawned just by me sleeping like 4 or 5 days at the nearby campsite and was able to then cut her head off.

i think her respawn time is 7 days

Recently, I made a video on how to get the preserved medusa head and she does respwan after several in-game days. I just always waited 15 days to be safe and had zero issues.

In short, equip a very low damage weapon preferably daggers - Criteria - or the Ring of Derision and hack away at its neck until you knock it down, unequip ring and attack a few more times to get your preserved medusa head.

alternatively you can use lightning affinity and attempt to get her head before 3 bars of health are gone, if you dont get it by then reload. try again.

She respawned for me WAY less than 14 days.
