the hot springs?

What does it do? Previous game you could bottle the water and use it to heal but in this game I have no idea and the clouds that get in the way make it hard for me to masturbate to it.

If your pawn has gained scars from dying in combat (or to the brine), taking them to the hotsprings will remove the scars.
